What happens if I get disconnected/have tech issues during a session?

If you get disconnected during a session, try accessing your virtual studio again.

Your studio can be accessed directly from your Krew profile, by clicking the blue "My Studio" button.


In case of any technical difficulties, both you and your customers can contact our live support agents by clicking on an orange bubble at the bottom right part of your screen.
